Who's waving the flag?

Something fun today. It's all about optical illusion, how our eyes see things, and things seem to be moving, while they are actually stationery. This first one above is a photo I took during the Pet Parade in Bend. As this cowgirl Makenna was riding a horse, another cowboy behind her was waving the American flag, and I caught the image as if the cowgirl was waving the flag.
