Family grave

The Cassar Family Grave at the Addolorata Cemetery, Malta

During the month November, we remember our loved ones. Faithful in the thousands visit their graves in the local cemeteries, placing flowers, candles and most importantly saying a prayer. Our family grave was recently finished thanks to the work of my siblings, as we honor our parents John and Mary, our brother Paul and brother-in-law Carmelo Garzia, all of whom are buried there. The ceramic photos of my mother and brother are not finished yet, but the general overall look is very reverent, respectful and a fitting tribute to their memory. For many years, the graveside was simple and empty with occasional flowers placed by my sister. We are all happy with the dignified tombstone made of granite.
