This is what Baker City looked like early this morning. A snowfall of about 3 inches blanketed the city last evening, possibly much more in the nearby mountains.

And a spectacular sunrise greeted us as soon as the sun appeared on the horizon, give the sky an orange glow which made everything looked like on fire.

And a few shows and exhibitions in town remind us that we are truly in the month of December, and Christmas is only 16 days away.
